How dare they send the replica one.Before wearing your new watch please note these things that’s why I’m able to find out to be fake:1. Retail box comes with MICHAEL KORS embossed on the watch case.2. The code at the back of the watch should have four letter number followed by a “-“ symbol ex:MK5865 but what I received was MK58651 so it’s a fake number.3. In orginal they ll give you extra links, if there is no link then it’s a fake one.4. The crown of the watch used to set the dial is to be in gold or any self color with MK symbol on it, if the color is different if it’s body then it’s fake.5.Make sure the tag,the code at the back of the watch and the booklet picture all matches together. If it doesn’t then it’s fake.6. The cushion given in the box would be harder and watch is wrapped on it if it has not wrapped and kept separately in a cover then it’s a fake one.Wer eine originale Uhr haben möchte, sollte hier die Finger weglassen. Turned out my little girl had opened the box and was walking around with it on her wrist!!Anyway enough of that, what a beautiful watch. It has a good weight to it also, I bought this as a Christmas present but am thinking of keeping it for myself! Naughty I know!I find that the price was very reasonable. I was worried if this item as a lot of people had said it was fake, but looks very genuine to me. I’ve not even tried it on and I’m in love with it ?This has broken after 8 months, we have taken it to a Michael Kors dealer and they said the book hasn't been stamped so will have to pay (and then they can send it away) if we want it fixed, they said it is a genuine Michael Kors watch!! Unsure how we get the book that comes with it stamped, the seller is not listed and I have no way of getting hold of them?? Also, cant return via Amazon now, so now have to read the 39 pages in the warranty to try see if Michael Kors will fix it direct.... !!Am very disappointing that it broke so quickly, brought for my daughter as gift from her grandparents for Christmas, and she has only worn a couple of times.Very pleased with this watch, it is a perfect fit as I like my watches slightly loose and looks fabulous. Just enough sparkle to make a gal feel good but not cheap. The watch seems to be very genuine to my eyes so not sure why there are so many questions as to its provenance if people bought this from Amazon and not a 3rd party seller. Let’s face it, MK is a top end high street to runway designer so like many designer names, there is a vast spectrum in the prices and quality of the MK range - would a £400 MK watch sell on Amazon, probably not, but for the high street market, lower quality, cheaper designer watches do sell and this, imo, is one of them. Given the weight of the watch and the quality of the (swarovski?) crystals, plus the multifunctions, £138 for a watch of this quality is a fair price. It has the brand marks in all the right places, a ce mark, serial number and is of a quality you would expect for the price tbh. I purchased this watch from Amazon and it was sold and dispatched by Amazon, not a third party seller so I have little worries in this respect. The warranty book is also guaranteed under the ‘Fossil Group’ which is the official Michael Kors licensee for its watch marketing.Only a small gripe: It took me nearly 15 mins to peel off all the cellophane wrapped around the bracelet - I would advise not pulling on this hard (cellophane is very strong) or you might damage the pins in the bracelet.
