I gave this 100.00 watch for a birthday gift. As soon as she took it out of the box the band fell off of the watch. Totally embarrassing! I tried to fix it. The pins are too short. I own two sturhling men’s skeleton watches and thought the quality of their products was dependable. I guess I thought wrong. I could have gotten better quality at a dollar store. This is a dealbreaker. You have lost a customer and will warn anyone not to purchase a Sturhling watch. If you do, don’t present it at a birthday party only to be totally humiliated. I gave it one star only because I had to.
