Very sturdy, I do small construction jobs. (ex. Decks, patios, bathroom remodeling, etc.) Not a scratch on the watch, all I had to do was take a cloth to it and it still looks brand new from the box.2.) I like how it was shipped and how they protect the watch. Not only do you get a watch, but I got my wife a new candle holder ;)3.) The watch can be worn with any type of outfit, I like that I can wear it with anything and people compliment it all the time.4.) The whole watch is comfortable and very light.5.) If you are looking for a nice and durable watch that is luxurious, you've found it.Dis-Like:1.) Holly molly is that date small. (I have a phone to tell me the date) :DThe with of the band and the watch face were ideal. The weight was perfect. The style was perfect for dressing up or down. Overall I enjoyed this watch.However, after only 5 months of sporadic use, the bracket that holds the clasp together snapped off, rendering the watch uunbearable. If anyone knows where i might be able to get a replacement band, that would be very helpful.Watch looks great...I'm hoping to wear it soon. However the watch is too big and there are absolutely no instructions on how to remove links. All they say is that the watch must be taken to an authorized dealer to adjust. I ordered a kit to adjust links..hopefully it will work out but overall this purchase is nothing other than a pain in the butt at this point.Not many titanium watches available. I have a couple and the Bering watches are my favorite. The watch is thin, light, nice looking and the sapphire crystal just doesn’t scratch. Very pleased.It does show how to adjust the band.Light nice links, had professional size. Will fit under dress shirt.Slimline and light but solid enough to also not feel cheap. You hardly know you are wearing this watch. It keeps time about as well as any quartz and, strangely, it comes in a frosted jar. The standout feature has to be that it is very rare to find a quality titanium and ceramic watch at this price point. But 100m water resistance should be sufficient that it will also be fine in showers and pools unlike most of the cheap 50m kind. The sapphire crystal is dead flush rather than raised which also means it would take some serious misuse to scratch.I would class this watch as smart casual.The only minor downside is that both the ceramic on the strap and the flat crystal are fingerprint magnets.This Bering watch makes a good initial impression, being packaged in an attractive glass container that has substantial heft and the feel of a luxury product. This continues with the watch itself and the materials used for its construction; Titanium for the watch body and links, black ceramic for the inter-link pieces, sapphire glass on the body and carbon fibre for the watch face. The result is a very attractive and masculine watch which is also subtle and smart, and the body of the watch is relatively thin and light.I have tested the accuracy of this watch by manually syncing the time to an internet clock, and in over a month it has lost less than a second. The face is also very easy to read with nice, clear hands and numbers which catch the light nicely. The date counter at the bottom of the face is a little small, but the black-on-white text on it is easy enough to read.The band on this watch requires the links to be removed to resize it, and doing so will be almost impossible without a set of tools (available cheaply elsewhere). When I attempted this myself I found that only links with a small arrow on the inner face can be removed (fairly standard for a bracelet type watch), however what wasn't clear is that each link has two pins and only one of these pins is removable (the pin on the right side of the arrow). I managed to bend a couple of pins before realising this, thankfully there were enough spares that I could recover the watch but it was not clear to me and should be understood before trying to resize the bracelet at home. Also there is no small bracelet size adjustment on the clasp as I have had with other watches, and is useful in summer when wrists can be larger than in winter.Despite this minor concern, this watch is easily my favourite that I have owned, and I will be adding more Bering watches to my collection in the future.Very pleased now that I’ve had the strap shortenedThin design perfect for my husband. He loved the black sleek strap and non scratch glass. He's hard to buy for but this gift was a hitLightweight, titanium strap and good quality.
